Overview
A complete riveting system for high-speed riveting, suitable for truck chassis assembly and aftermarket use. We offer the whole range of riveting models for rivet sizes from 6 mm to 16 mm diameter. Each set comes complete with a central electro-hydraulic pump station, single or double C-clamp with hydraulic cylinders, balancers and hangers.
Manufactured by Anyang Forge, China, the system is widely used in truck assembly plants in China. It is a high-speed production machine that can rivet 15 to 25 rivets per unit. It is a low-pressure system with a built-in intensifier that boosts pressure only during the riveting stage.

- Hydraulic control unit with oil pump, motor, pressure cylinder, valves, filters and gauges fitted on top of the tank for easy monitoring
- Selectable inching function for accurate placement of the die
- Programmable PLC control
- C-clamps forged from 42CrMo steel, designed for over 1.8 million cycles; custom sizes available
- Cylinders with a rolled, hardened surface and a salt-bath hardened piston rod
- Riveting dies in 5CrMnMo, HRC 40 to 45, magnetic particle inspected and load tested
